Recently I have been learning at lot from Seth Godin and his Lizard Brain Video
At the office, in response to this, I began whiteboarding the idea to some of my co-workers. Since we work in a development environment I felt it would be very applicable. We especially liked the part about removing the 80% review as well as setting the expectations and locking them.
Our largest take-aways were:
- Set the bar high
- Set the date early
We believe this gives us the most opportunity for creativity. What do you think?
