Big Bluff ~ 300 feet above the Buffalo

Big Bluff ~ 300 feet above the Buffalo. Amy is the red dot in the middle.

What have I been doing? (Well not posting very much, that is for sure!). I’ll fill you in:

  • Mountain Biking around Lake Fayetteville with David and Amy
  • Hiking to Big Bluff and Hemmed-in-Hollow on the Buffalo River with Amy
  • Running in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5K in Rogers and doing the Bark for the Cure as well
  • Watching a lot of Hog baseball
  • Researching tape backup solutions for First Church
  • Trying to get a Sennheiser EW135 wireless microphone fixed
  • Attempting fix our video screen in the Family Life Center
  • Building a theater for our children’s ministry
  • Hosting Dave Ramsey’s Town Hall for Hope
  • Brainstorming with marketing, website, and graphics folks from PontiacChurch to get a sweet website up (John, Tricia, Mike)
  • Volunteering at 1st Youth. Gotta love the 8th graders
  • Going on work site visits for First Church’s Local Mission Project (June 21st-26th)
  • Moving a bunch of dirt so David and Kimberly (my brother and sister-in-law) can plant a garden
  • Test riding road bikes with Jacob, one of my roommates. He got a killer Trek 2.1
  • Attending a free show by Guster at the Greek Theatre on campus
  • The roommates and I treating ourselves to Doe’s after dog sitting for several friends.

Oh, and to top it all off, I am on the jury duty list for Washington County until the end of June. That could be fun!
